Great App horrible support

The workout is Great BUT My App disappeared so I went to the App Store to open and nothing happens when I clicked open. Went to support only to find a search page where you type in your question and it pulls up what is supposed to be similar problems. Out of the mounds of issues that came up none were similar to the app disappearing and being unable to open it.
